Refund & Cancellation

This policy applies to paid programs listed on tundt.digital. Prices are informational on the site; binding terms appear in your enrollment confirmation.

For distance contracts under Korean consumer law, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase if the program has not substantially started and digital materials have not been fully accessed as defined in your enrollment letter.

Full refunds apply to cancellations within the cooling-off window meeting access limits, or if Tundt cancels a cohort. Processing fees charged by payment providers may be non-refundable where permitted.

After the cooling-off period, partial refunds may be available for documented medical or relocation events at our discretion, prorated by weeks remaining minus an administrative fee of KRW 30,000.

Completed mentor office hours, delivered assessment reports, and downloadable toolkits marked as consumed are non-refundable. Team bootcamp deposits after kickoff are non-refundable.

Email [email protected] with enrollment ID and reason. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 14 business days.

If we reschedule a cohort by more than 14 days, you may transfer enrollment or receive a full refund.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under the Korean Framework Act on Consumers and related regulations.
