Tundt, located at 232-11, Myowonri, Naesan-myeon, Buyeo-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, Korea, is the data controller for personal data collected through tundt.digital and enrollment flows.

We may collect identity and contact data (name, email, phone), professional context (company, role), technical data (IP, browser, device), usage data (pages visited, form submissions), and payment-related metadata processed by third-party processors (we do not store full card numbers on our servers).

Data is used to deliver programs, respond to inquiries, improve site performance, send service communications, comply with legal obligations, and—where you opt in—for analytics.

Processing is based on contract performance (enrollment), legitimate interests (security, product improvement), consent (marketing cookies/analytics where required), and legal obligations.

Contact form data is retained up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for disputes. Enrollment records are retained per tax and consumer law requirements. Analytics data is aggregated and deleted per vendor schedules.

We use infrastructure and communication providers (hosting, email, analytics) under data processing terms. We do not sell personal data. Transfers outside Korea occur only with appropriate safeguards where required.

Under applicable Korean and other laws, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability where applicable. Contact us to exercise rights. You may lodge a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission (PIPC).

If tools process data in other countries, we rely on standard contractual clauses or vendor certifications as appropriate.

We apply access controls, encryption in transit, and vendor reviews. No method of transmission is 100% secure; report suspected incidents to our security contact.

Services are directed at adults and older teens with guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14 without parental authorization.

We will post updates here with a revised date. Significant changes affecting enrolled learners will be communicated by email where feasible.
